Sofika Zielyk: Pysanka Artist

Sofika Zielyk has spent the last 20 years perfecting the art of the Ukrainian Easter egg, known as “pysanka.”

Here, Sofika shares the history behind the pysanka, how she first discovered this craft, and how a pysanka can be used as a preventative measure for straying husbands.
